  • The property is accessed through an electric gate. There is also a side gate and a video monitoring system. Once through the gate you are on to a block paved parking area which can easily accommodate 5 or 6 cars.

    Off the parking area is a sloping drive down to the double garage.

    There is a car port, through which you reach the large garden shed.

    In the garden shed there is an access cover to the 4" borehole. To be honest, we don't know exactly how deep the borehole is. The original pump went down over 175 feet! We have replaced the borehole pump with one which is 65 feet deep and we have never run out of water for the garden even during the hottest summer. On the shed is storage for the 50 metres of garden hose fed by the borehole pump.

    There are several outside power points.
